Our client is a firm of award-winning Chartered Financial Planners based in Exeter, who are seeking a Senior Client Services Administrator on a permanent, full-time basis. This is an exacting, stimulating and demanding role leading a successful, supportiveteam of client services administrators in a very busy office. Our client is willing to invest their time in helping you succeed in your career through providing support for professional qualifications and other development opportunities. The position has potentialto evolve and grow in line with company expansion and depending on the interest of the applicant, the role may develop into a more specialist area. You will have the opportunity to earn a basic salary of £30,000 to £35,000.

**TYPICAL DAILY JOB DUTIES - WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?**:
- Organise and co-ordinate the Client Services Administration team workload to ensure timely completion of work and deadlines are met.
- Supporting the Client Services Administration team as necessary.
- Supporting the advice and investment process.
- Answering client queries where possible.
- Booking appointments and general PA duties.
- Ensure the office CRM system (Intelligent Office) is kept compliant and up to date.
- Create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organisational effectiveness, communication and client satisfaction.
**PERSON SPECIFICATION**:
- Ethical, honest and compliant.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in an independent financial planner company.
- Effective time management.
- Comprehensive understanding of the financial planning processes and procedures
- Confident, organised and self-starter with excellent time management.
- Passionate to treat clients like member of family.
- Excellent interpersonal skills both with clients and staff.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all aspects of the office.
- Fully competent in MS Office suite, back-office IFA software and provider software/online technology.
- Strong letter writing skills including grammar and spelling.
- Enjoy working as part of a team.
- High levels of literacy and numeracy.
- Ambitious to support the development and success of the firm.
**HOURS**
37.5 hours Monday - Friday
9am - 5pm
**SALARY**:
- £30,000 to £35,000
