Our client is seeking a professional and experienced **Warehouse & Production Operative** to join their busy and expanding team. This is a full time temporary to permanent position based in Grantham.

**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

As a **Warehouse & Production Operative**, your duties will include:

- Operating a forklift truck.
- Handling and racking goods as well as labelling and storing.
- Housekeeping - ensure the warehouse is clean and tidy, reporting damages.
- Goods-in - Inspecting incoming materials and reconcile against purchase orders, checking for damages.
- Goods-out - Picking items from the warehouse, packing accurately against delivery note.
- Operating cutting machinery to cut materials to size.

**CANDIDATE**

The successful **Warehouse & Production Operative** will possess experience in the above tasks as well as have a valid forklift truck license.

You will be a team player, with excellent communication skills as well as have the ability to work to deadlines and take pride in your own work. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established and growing business in Grantham.
