Level: 1 Department: Quilter Cheviot Location: Birmingham - Eligible for hybrid working Contract type: Permanent **What the Hiring Manager Says**: We have an exciting opportunity for an Investment Administrator to join one of our Quilter Cheviot teams in Birmingham. The role will be split over 2 successful and busy teams, supporting ~5 Investment Managers in investment management services and investmentadvice to a range of private and semi-institutional clients, the majority connected to the charitable/not-for-profit sector with a keen interest in responsible investment. This will be a one-stage interview process, an in-person interview with me, my colleague Tom Haydon and Kirstie Rees. - Paul Ord (Investment Manager and Team Leader) **About the role** In this role you will be required to assist one or more Investment Managers in effective and efficient team support whilst also supporting with the production of investment proposals. You will need to provide clients and/or their agents with information and reports about their portfolio and ensure all relationships are properly documents on a timely basis, including checking that the "Know your Client" information and data on the CRMsystem is maintained. You will also be required to complete general administrative duties such as: processing client payments, answering the phones, dealing with queries from clients and intermediaries and taking appropriate messages for the team, as well as assist with the ongoingadministrative tasks around the suitability of our client’s portfolios. You might also be asked to prepare PowerPoint presentation for client meetings and collate together reports, correspondence and other relevant documentation including Investment Proposals. You will also need to assist the team in the quarterly and yearly distributions of valuations and tax packages for the entire client base, whilst ensuring they are completed within all relevant rules, compliance regulations and in-house policies and procedures. **About you** Applications from people with diverse backgrounds enables our inclusive organisation to thrive.
