We are looking for an Admin Assistant to join our team.

Role -- Produce delivery notes
- Create and collate the documents for the final document packs for customers
- Reception duties
- Raising of Purchase Orders
- Work closely with inspection and machinists to ensure all paperwork is completed correctly
- Stock checking
- Expedite Purchase Orders and relay information to production;
- General typing, filing and scanning
Qualifications -Standard Grades (or equivalent): Minimum of Four at Level 2 or higher

Experience with an ERP system would be beneficial.

Skills -- Computer Skills - including Word & Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good Organisation Skills
- Health and Safety compliant
- Ability to liaise with Customers & Suppliers
- Smart Appearance
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to use initiative
