For our UK manufacturing site in Telford, we are looking for a resourceful Shipping Co-ordinator for a fulltime permanent position, working 8:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday, to start as soon possible.

Your Responsibilities:

- Overseeing all tracking and tracing of shipping, investigating and resolving any queries or issues.
- Coordinate most cost-effective means to ship freight within expected requirements including scheduling pick-ups with vendors.
- Prepare all shipping quotes, process and correct miscellaneous shipment cost issues.
- Prepare detail reports for management, with relevant shipping KPIs and statistics.

Your qualifications & experience:

- Strong background in Logistics or Shipping, with knowledge of International Trade.
- Experienced with MS Office products and familiar with ERP/MRP systems.
- Customer Service skillset with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective problem solving skills and strong attention to detail
