**Overview**

**Duties**
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Train, mentor, and manage housekeeping staff, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging professional development.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules that optimise staff productivity while ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Address any guest complaints or concerns related to housekeeping promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery throughout the hotel.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a housekeeping supervisory role or managerial role within the hotel or hospitality industry is essential.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact positively with guests and staff alike.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment used in the hospitality industry is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required by the business needs.

Pay: £29,120.00 per year
