Superior Healthcare has arrived in West Sussex and we are recruiting carers/support workers to complement the team that we are building for our client who has a brain injury living in **Aldwick**.

As a well-established provider of care for people who have complex health needs, Superior Healthcare employs a team of in-house nurses and clinical educators who will provide full client-specific training for the people who are selected to join our client’s team.

You will have a choice of regular day shifts (10.00-20.00 daily) and the comfort of a **fixed rota** as well as the **option of overtime**. We are ideally looking for people who are keen to work full time hours however part time roles are offered.

Applicants will ideally have experience of caring for people who have a brain injury however a paid/supported induction and ongoing supervision will be provided to ensure that you can confidently support our client’s needs and develop your own skills. Superior Healthcare will offer you a fully-funded NVQ/Diploma or Nursing Associate qualification.

**Requirements**:

- You must have received two doses of an approved Covid-19 vaccination.
- You must be able to commit at least three shifts per week.
