**Key Tasks**

THE is looking for a Data assistant on a casual contract, who is a proactive individual with the ability to read/ speak Portuguese. An early start or late start will be required occasionally, to make customer service calls with clients.

**Key role responsibilities**:

- Create and maintain customer accounts information
- Supports the data team with data queries and Ad-Hoc administration
- Quality Control checking of institutions data submissions
- Manage large volumes of incoming/ outgoing calls
- Meet personal/team targets for data validation tasks
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Go the extra mile to engage customers
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Essential Skills/Qualifications**
- Customer support experience
- Fluent in Portuguese-written and spoken
- Track record of over-achieving quotas
- Data entry
- Good IT skills, including Word, Excel & Outlook
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
