**What you will be doing**:
You will join an inclusive, supportive team that works well together to provide care to ensure men with personality disorders and mental illnesses receive high-quality care.
Whether you have experience as a Healthcare Assistant or Care Worker, you will use your knowledge and skills to help support people lead a valued and fulfilled life.
It can be quite a challenging environment at times, so a positive attitude, compassion, resilience and vigilance are important. But it is hugely rewarding to see people improve; being able to do something today that they couldn't do last week because of you.

The service operates 24/7. Standard shifts are?12.5 hours a day, on a 0 hour contract, so you can pick and choose when you work.
