Trinity Business Support are currently looking for an experienced Team Leader/ Supervisor for our County Durham based manufacturing client.

Due to continued growth, along with new business wins, our client is now looking to add this new role to their business.

**Duties Include**:

- Organise the activities of the manufacturing finishing section including coating/finishing through to silk screening, to achieve a high standard of finish and to meet daily production requirements.
- Take responsibility for controlling further processing of any defective material until the unsatisfactory condition has been corrected and implementation of corrective action verified, recommends solutions to the Production Manager but must not implement these solutions without their authority.
- Mix paints and lacquers to correct viscosities to comply with Company Procedures.
- Maintain the Paint Stores and Thinner Compound in an organised fashion, segregating colours and types and taking out stock on a First In First Out basis.
- Maintain and store Silk Screens to avoid damage and report worn or torn screens to the Production Manager.
- Set up and operate the Silk Screen machine in compliance with Company Procedures.
- Train personnel under their supervision to ensure a high standard of work competence and quality awareness in accordance with company Training Procedures.
- Ensure a Non-Conformance Report is made out for all products rejected for unsatisfactory finish. Carry out re-work on completion of Non-Conformance Report in accordance with the Company Quality Control Procedures.
- Ensure discipline is maintained, starting times and finishing times observed, reporting breaches of discipline to the Production Manager for further action.
- Maintain security of plant, equipment, gauges, tools etc within their jurisdiction, ensuring equipment and machines are switched off during lunch breaks and at the end of shift.

**Experience Required**:

- Previous experience with airless spray systems
- Previous experience of Silk Screening
- Supervisory or Team Leading experience

**Working Hours**:

- Monday to Thursday 08.00-17.00
- Friday 08.00-13.00
- 39hrs per week

**Salary**:

- £30,000 -£35,000 per annum - DOE

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
