**Company Overview**

Dealer UK includes Ibcos Computers Ltd and Catalyst Computer Systems Ltd. Both businesses provide Dealer Management Software, with Ibcos focusing on the industries of Agriculture, Construction and Garden Machinery and Catalyst focusing on the industries of Motorcycle, Caravan and Motorhome, Retail and Trade and Agriculture. We help Dealers manage all areas of the business operations from parts and service, through sales and finance, with innovative solutions to achieve their business objectives.

**Job Overview**

All ledger data is recorded promptly and accurately, customers and suppliers are billed and pay promptly, bank accounts are strictly managed and controlled. Month end processes are completed in line with deadlines to produce the management accounts. The building is well maintained and safe for employees and visitors.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Licensing customer systems
- Processing customer licence terminations
- Sales, Purchase and Nominal Ledger
- Customer invoicing
- Month end processing
- Bank account payments and cash flow management
- Debt management
- Payroll administration
- Headcount reporting
- Journal entries
- Procurement of office supplies
- Car fleet management
- Expense system management
- Assist with the annual UK audit
- Building maintenance control
- Mobile telephone contract management
- Telephone coverage
- Become involved in ad-hoc tasks as required.

Qualifications Required

**Essential -** AAT Level 4 Qualified

**Essential -** UK Driver’s licence

Experience and Skills Required

**Essential -** Proven and demonstrable bookkeeping/accounting experience

**Essential - **A proven background in administration with good communication skills both written and verbal.

**Essential -** Excellent attention to detail

**Essential -** Competent computer skills Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

**Essential -** Strong work ethic, integrity, and confidentiality

**Desirable - **Experience in managing supplier and customer relationships.

**Desirable** **-** Good data analysis skills

**Desirable - **Essential experience in the use of Great Plains
