Full time salary range is **£22,170 at Entry Level, to £24,941 per annum** for experienced Support Workers

In addition to the starting salary there is the opportunity to supplement your salary by up to **£9,346.48** carrying out sleep in shifts. (Based on working 2 sleep in shifts per week)

The Ideal person will have the following skills and experience - Passionate and enthusiastic approach to helping young people
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to negotiate and influence, while exercising emotional intelligence.
- Ability to work on your own initiative.
- Ability to cope with crisis situations.

The role - Our Supported Living service supports Young People who are care leavers aged 16 - 18.You will work closely as a key worker for a small number of Young People in our community where we strive to deliver high standards of care, support, and housing to ensurethey can be independent and have a chance to flourish.
