Our Product Executive is at the heart of driving the business on to greater things. You will design and implement new products, systems and methods of customer engagement. As a result, you will improve business performance, drive efficiencies, and deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers.
**How will you do this?**

You will need to excel in building and maintaining strong relationships, as you’ll be collaborating with different departments to address issues and implement any necessary improvements. This means being willing to question the status quo and speak up if you think something can be done better and smarter.

You will also need to be curious and proactive, as part of your role will involve carrying out regular market and competitor research. This research will help you identify the strengths and weaknesses of our products, so we can find potential ways to improve our offer.

It is helpful if you have some insurance experience, as you will need to make sure that processes and procedures meet both internal and regulatory guidelines. Being accurate and attentive in your work is essential. You will also need to be comfortable making quick judgements in a fast-paced environment.
