Appointment Setter

**About Us**

Recruiting for our Sister Company, **GBEE Ltd (GB Energy Experts),**we are seeking experienced Appointment Setters / Generators / Outbound Telesales Agents who have experience within the **Renewable Energy Sector mainly Solar PV**and **Heat Pumps.**

**Sunday & Monday - None Working Days**

**Tuesday**to **Friday - 11am to 7pm**

**Saturday - 10am to 2pm**

**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our services and generate interest.
- Utilise telemarketing techniques to identify potential leads and convert them into appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of calls made and appointments scheduled using Salesforce software.
- Communicate effectively in English, with the ability to converse in Spanish being an advantage.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads and provide necessary information for follow-up.
- Continuously improve sales techniques through feedback and training opportunities.
- Meet daily and weekly targets for appointment generation while maintaining high-quality customer interactions.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in sales or telemarketing is preferred but not essential.
- Proficiency in using software tools, particularly Salesforce, to manage client information and track progress.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.
- A self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn and grow within the role.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to a team-oriented atmosphere.

Pay: From £24,251.00 per year

Additional pay:
