Ambulance/pts Driiver

Pertemps Enfield are currently recruiting for Ambulance Drivers for Patient Transfer in the Enfield Area. Working as a single or double crew, you will be responsible for the care of patients in your vehicle and transporting patients to and from various locations for appointments and treatment. As an Ambulance Driver/PTS Driver, your key tasks will include: " Administer First Aid as required. " Carry out Patient Risk Assessments. " Collect patients from their home, other hospitals or nursing homes, caring for their needs whilst in transit to the hospital. " Comply with local legislative requirements & company policies and procedures. " Ensure the safety and wellbeing of patients whilst in your care. " Manual Handling lifting. " Report any defects with the ambulance. " Work in a safe manner. " Work in a team environment. You will be accountable for the following - " Complete routine vehicle and stock checks. " Follow customer specific procedures. " Maintain regular contact with Transport team. " Report any damage or incidents to supervisor in a timely manner. " Secure Patients effectively and ensure they are safe before transportation. " Use Patient data system and PDA in line with training. " Ensure vehicle is left clean and tidy each day. **Benefits**: " £11.05 per hour " Opportunity for overtime " Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday " 07.00 and 11.00 start times " 10-hour shifts " Weekly Pay " Temp to Perm position
