**Purpose of the role**:
**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Manage utility, telephone, waste and PDQ contracts including timing, coordination, administration and communication to ensure they are completed within the time specified.
- Arranging PAT and Fixed Wire Testing when required.
- Assist in the admin for the wider group accidents/incidents and investigations via AirsWeb Portal in accordance with the company guidelines
- Asset Management - ensuring that records of the location assets such as optical equipment are kept up to date via AirsWeb Portal.
- Collating the relevant facility information on our transition portal when new practices are acquired, whilst recording accurately.
- Assist in the renewal of various insurances such as: Business, Employers and Public Liability, Property and Professional Indemnity.
- Providing effective communication and customer service support to the SHARKS&FISH, external suppliers and team departments.
- Any other reasonable administrative duties may be assigned from time to time.
**Skills, knowledge & Experience**
- Previous experience in dealing with contracts or utilities is desirable.
- You must have previous experience working within an office environment and carrying out basic administrative duties, including the use of MS excel.
- You’ll have the confidence to approach external suppliers to obtain and negotiate competitive quotes.
- Excellent time management and self-organisation skills with the ability to work effectively to tight timescales.
- Attention to detail that allows you to complete work tasks with thoroughness, accuracy and consistency.
- Strong communication skills
