**Conveyancing Paralegal - Abingdon - £23,000 - £27,500**
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Paralegal to join this established full-service law firm based in the Abingdon.
As a Paralegal you will join the firm's conveyancing post completion department where you will provide effective support within the conveyancing team. You will be working as part of a busy team assisting the post completion team in dealing with the registrationof all purchase transactions within priority periods and in dealing with balances and file closures for sale, purchase, and remortgage files.
Key duties will include:

- Handling all aspects of the deal after exchange up to completion
- Land Registry matters
- Liaising with mortgage companies
- Management company liaison
- Knowledge of SDLT submission process

Salary is negotiable and dependent on experience (£23,000 - £27,500).
