Norfolk Educational Psychology and Specialist Support (EPSS) are delighted to offer the opportunity for passionate psychology graduates to join our team as Assistant Educational Psychologists (AEP), given the success of our current AEP colleagues in securing places on the Educational Psychology doctorate training course.

Working closely with NCC partners, EPSS provide free, universal support to all schools across Norfolk, via the newly developed SEND and Inclusion Support Model. EPSS are also core partners in developing and supporting the Specialist Resource Base (SRB) provision, expanding across the county.

**AEP Responsibilities**

This will include the following:

- Support the design, development and implementation of EPSS projects aimed at improving service delivery and outcomes for children, and others as authorised by the Service Leadership Team
- Produce statistics and other management information on research, project work and Service evaluations (e.g. activity recording and quality assurance)
- Liaise with a range of professionals to collect EPSS service monitoring data and ensure EPSS leadership team has up-to-date information as required
- Support EPSS colleagues to develop and deliver regular training and workshop sessions for EPSS partners, including schools and families, for example relating to Zones of Regulation
- Support EP colleagues in delivering various statutory, prevention and early intervention tasks, including for example person-centred planning meetings, child / class observations, and gathering the views of parents and schools staff
