Assistant Stockperson

UK Sire Services offers an opportunity for an assistant stockperson to help with the general stock management at their stud in Totnes, Devon.

Experience in working with cattle would be useful but someone who is enthusiastic, hard-working, and enjoys being part of a team are the key personal attributes. All required training will be provided.

Duties will include cleaning out bull pens, feeding, grooming and handling of bulls plus a range of technical tasks related to collection and processing of genetics under the supervision of the head stockman.

Hours and rates of pay will be discussed at interview in accordance with applicants’ experience and availability.

This is a great role with the chance to learn about the world of genetics at a leading bull stud.

**Salary**: £10.00-£11.00 per hour

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

- Totnes, TQ9 6DP: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
