**Supply Chain Coordinator**

Head Office, Crewe

Due to growth, we are looking to grow our team, to work closely with the Supply Chain Manager and key stakeholders in the Oil & Fuel business unit to understand spend requirements, support supply negotiations
,
to achieve both cost book and savings targets. Building relationships with between the Suppliers and the company Depot Managers, Finance Team and Senior Management and support Regional Managers to make correct buying decisions to ensure contract obligations are met and best price is achieved.

Having at least one years’ experience proven experience within a buying/Supply Chain role or be educated to a 2:1 at a degree level within Business Management or a related field

**The role**
- Monitor and manage our stock levels for depots nationwide.
- Monitor the availability of fuel products from portfolio of suppliers
- Secure additional supply channels when required due to demand
- Produce data to support the Supply Chain Manager in providing uninterrupted supply of fuel products to meet the business requirements based on seasonal demands
- Raise and communicate orders with suppliers and 3rd party logistics providers.
- Provide performance data for both bulk supply and our 3PL partners
- Analyse our pricing data to ensure we’re procuring fuel at the best possible price.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the Supply Chain Manager in forecasting monthly demand.
- Coordinate and share supply chain KPIs effectively.
- Effectively communicate our supply position with internal stakeholders.

**Skills and Experience**
- At least one years’ experience proven experience within a buying/Supply Chain role
- Excellent communication/relationship skills across multi channels
- Excellent communication influencing ability.
- Being a team player by liaising with and helping other key departments
- Demonstrated ability to manage internal stakeholders, external suppliers and working to very tight deadlines.
- Ability to negotiate under pressure and to handle multiple responsibilities and work independently where necessary.
- Ability to work within defined processes.
- Effective IT skills, particularly MS Office, Word & Excel.
