We are seeking an accomplished Program Manager to lead strategic engagements, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and influence key business decisions. This high-profile role offers a chance to work alongside global technology leaders and an energetic, cross-functional team spanning Infrastructure Support, Application Development, and Support Services.

**What We’re Looking For**

**Experience and Expertise**
- 15+ years of experience in Application Development Management and IT Infrastructure Services, with specialization in Digital Workplace Services.
- Proven ability to lead large teams, including Service Desk Engineers, and drive results through Service Management Processes (ITIL/ISO 20000), Service Level Management, and Continuous Service Improvement.
- Experience in identifying and aligning project needs with business goals to ensure seamless delivery.

- **Leadership Excellence**: Strong ability to manage, inspire, and guide cross-functional teams.
- **Strategic Thinking**: Expertise in program governance, planning, and execution.
- **Risk Management**: Adept at identifying, mitigating, and resolving project risks.
- **Communication and Influence**: Exceptional ability to engage with CXOs, senior leaders, and multidisciplinary teams.
- **Technical Acumen**: Hands-on technical knowledge with the ability to guide teams through challenges and review code when needed.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily program management across the lifecycle, defining governance frameworks to ensure success.
- Lead engagement teams across Infrastructure Support and Application Development, ensuring seamless delivery across projects.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and business growth.
- Monitor budgets, allocate resources effectively, and deliver results within time and scope.
- Communicate with clarity and impact, ensuring alignment across all leadership levels.
