**Package: £20 - £24kbasic salary for entry level. Flexible for experience + plus uncapped commission - (Year 1 OTE £35K OTE, Year 2 OTE £45K OTE)**

- Negotiating, influencing, and persuading where appropriate to achieve the best outcome.
- Gaining a strong commercial awareness of the vertical market you are working on to generate leads to call which will support your business development activity as you develop to a 360 Consultant.

- Full comms is sliding scale up to 20% on everything you bill, no threshold
- 4.5 day working week.
- Average for first promo is 4 months and should be a senior after 12 months

- Degree Qualified or 6 months sales experience

- You will have strong communication skills and the ability to use initiative to maintain a solution focused attitude
- Motivated to hit KPIs
- Be able to collaborate well within a team
