Property Manager

Job Title: Property Manager

Location: Leamington Spa

**Salary**: £24-£26k

Contract Type: Full Time / Permanent

Industry: Lettings

Our client is looking to recruit an enthusiastic, hardworking, and organised Property Manager to join their team at a busy Leamington office.

You will need to be highly motivated, keen to provide excellent customer service and have a pro-active work ethic.

You will be closely working with the rest of the lettings team to provide all clients and customers with excellent service, but at times may be required to work on your own, So excellent organisational skills are essential.

Main duties:
1. Ensuring the tenancy is legally compliant.

2. Booking and completing property inspection visits and sending completed reports to landlords.

3. Actioning property maintenance requests and repairs - liaising with landlords and tenants, instructing

contractors and chasing invoices.

4. Managing end of tenancies, completing check-out inspections, mediating and negotiating proposed

deductions and deposit returns.

Additional duties:
1. Registering new applicants, booking and accompanying viewings, obtaining viewing feedback and

updating landlords.

2. Completing new tenancy sign-ups and Right-to-Rent checks.

3. Council tax and utility management - void period bills.

4. General office duties - key management, answering telephones, greeting clients, etc.

Essential skills:
1. Previous lettings experience.

2. Strong organisational, administrative and general office skills.

3. Ability to prioritise and multitask within fast-paced atmosphere.

4. Computer literate - competent in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

5. UK Driving Licence and own vehicle.

6. CFP WinMan proficiency - desirable.

7. ARLA Propertymark qualification - desirable.

Hours;
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm and alternate Saturdays 8:45am - 12:15pm
