**Company Overview**
Our client are currently experiencing a period of significant strategic development, change & growth and looking for a full time, permanent Dutch Speaking Customer Experience Representative to join the team.
**Role Summary**
Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience to our Dutch customers and partners.
This will require you to proactively establish positive personal working relationships with customers and internal teams to achieve the business objectives & sales goals.
You will play a key part in retaining and growing their existing customer accounts through exemplary customer service provision.
Working closely with Sales and Marketing, your role will also be pivotal in onboarding and supporting new and existing customers through targeted campaigns, leading to increased customer attraction and loyalty.
You will be an excellent point of contact for all internal teams within the business, providing insights and updates on behalf of customers.
**Key Accountabilities**
- **Lead Nurturing & Conversion**: Effectively nurture leads to move them through the sales funnel, ensuring that key opportunities are converted and developed.
- **Customer Interaction**: Serve as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring all inquiries (including product-related questions) are addressed promptly and professionally.
- **Product Expertise**: Educate customers on the features, benefits, and value propositions of product lines.
- **Collaboration with Internal Teams**: Work closely with sales, marketing, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure customer needs are met and to provide a seamless experience from sales to delivery.
- **Support Campaigns**: Help execute outbound marketing campaigns aimed at increasing product awareness, customer loyalty, and overall sales.
- **Feedback & Continuous Improvement**: Continuously assess customer service performance against KPIs and SLAs, suggesting improvements to enhance service delivery and the overall customer experience.

**- Excellent communication skills **with the ability to convey product benefits, influence decision-makers, and manage customer relationships effectively.
- **Effective Customer Service / Customer experience Skills** - The ability to listen to and understand client concerns, manage expectations, and negotiate solutions is essential. Must be adept at handling difficult conversations and turning potential conflicts into positive outcomes.
- **Collaboration & Relationship Building**: Skilled at working with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales, to achieve shared goals.
- **Customer Focus**: Ability to build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with key customers, delivering exceptional service that drives loyalty and repeat business.
- **Organisational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple accounts, sales leads, and projects simultaneously, with a keen eye for detail and strong time management.
- **Adaptability & Problem Solving**: A proactive mindset in handling customer challenges and turning them into opportunities for growth.
