We have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Rehabilitation Assistant (Band 3) to join our Orthopaedics team at East Suffolk North Essex NHS Foundation Trust, the role will be based in Colchester Hospital. We have full time and part time opportunities.
You will work closely with Registered Nurses and Therapists in delivery of care and therapy plans working in a therapeutic way that promotes independence.
You will participate in Pre and Post Operation Care, Rehabilitation, Assessment and Goal-settings.

- Work in support of the Registered Nurses and Therapists.
- Work within a team in the delivery of care and therapy plans working in a therapeutic way that promotes independence as appropriate
- To make decisions, prioritise and work unsupervised within boundaries agreed by Ward Sister
- Assist with Health Promotion Programmes and Clinics on the Elective Orthopaedic Unit.
