We are a small brasswear import distribution company in chadderton Oldham, with a small warehouse staff, who work as a close team.

**Warehouse Man**

As a Warehouse operative you must be able to pick, pack, dispatch and store orders. You may also need to check and ensure orders are correct, and ensure the warehouse is kept in good order.

**Responsibilities**Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation
- Take responsibility for checking and ensuring paperwork is correct prior to dispatch
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and co workers
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
- We are looking for an enthusiastic individual, willing to learn. For the right person there will be opportunity to learn all aspects of working a busy warehouse.
- Be self Motivated, quick learned, with confidence to ask questions, willing to grow and learn, and work enthusiastically often being able to able employ initiative.

The position is permanent, and we will happily consider someone without warehouse experience, looking to learn something new, and compensate appropriately.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £10.00-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
