**Job Title**: Housekeeping Supervisor

**Contract**: Permanent contract (40 hours per week) £11.75 per hour

**Based at**: Pennant Park, Holywell

**Description and Purpose of Role**

As a housekeeping supervisor you will play a vital role in ensuring the upkeep and cleanliness of park holiday homes. On a day-to-day basis you will:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the housekeeping team, including task assignment and quality checks
- Provide guidance, training, and support to housekeepers to ensure consistency in cleaning procedures and standards
- Conduct inspections of holiday homes to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with company standards
- Address any deficiencies or issues promptly and implement corrective actions as necessary
- Assist the head housekeeper with overseeing inventory of supplies and equipment to ensure adequate stock levels
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, check and any maintenance or repair issues

**What we are looking for**
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning services, with at least some experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Leadership and team-building abilities
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
