We are looking to recruit fun, enthusiastic, experienced front of house staff with great interpersonal skills to join our team at Planet Ice. Responsibilities include:

- Greeting customers as they arrive
- To assist in taking orders and serving beverages to customers in the bar and ice servery areas
- Working effectively with other team members to serve food and beverages to the customers and to ensure the smooth operation of the café facilities
- To ensure customers and visitors feel welcome at all times
- Making sure tables are clean and tidy
- Ensuring all products are stocked up
- Making sure customers enjoy their experience and receive an outstanding first impression at Planet Ice.

What really matters is that you’re a hard worker who’s always willing to get stuck in and support your team. Excellent communication skills are a must too, plus plenty of energy, enthusiasm and a passion for providing a superb customer experience. We are located Planet Ice Coventry, Croft Road, Coventry, West Midlands, CV1 3AZ.

The applicant should be available to work during the majority of events which are predominately weekend evenings.
