Financial Planning Administrator

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Financial Planning Administrator to join a successful Wealth Management practice in Jesmond.

This role will involve full technical and administrative support to a team of busy financial planners who give advice on estate planning, retirement planning, investments, inheritance tax, protection and long term care planning.

Accountabilities
- General support to Advisers and Paraplanners in servicing clients, including preparation for meetings and individual advisory projects.
- Day-to-day administration tasks such as dealing with client enquiries, taking telephone calls, obtaining information from providers and electronic filing.
- Maintaining client information accurately on the firm's back-office data base and Investment platforms. Keeping compliant paper records for all financial planning services.
- Assist and produce portfolio valuations and keeping relevant client data current and up to date.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£29,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
