**Summary**

This Project Administrator Executive vacancy is ideally suited to life science graduates who would like to work in a commercial/industry setting rather than laboratory or pure research role.

Having a passion or interest in medical and scientific research combined with an interest in marketing, creative industries or project management would be ideal.

This is a permanent, full-time, hybrid position (office and home working mix) that will suit someone keen to use their science degree while working in a highly communicative and somewhat creative role, where two days are rarely the same.

Our client is an established and growing omni-channel medical communications agency that work with many leading international pharmaceutical and bio-pharma clients. Their projects are across many different disease areas including diabetes, respiratory and several rare diseases. It’s really important, life-changing work that they do for their clients. **Tasks and responsibilities**
- Support interesting medical communication projects on different diseases area (diabetes, respiratory and several rare diseases)
- Quality control - ensuring the work is complete to the highest possible standard
- Validation - cross checking scientific papers and research to ensure the accuracy of marketing statements and content
- Approvals - uploading the correct information to the clients’ systems for them to critique and approve
- Project management - working to the client's deadlines and delivering high quality work
- Supporting colleagues - working with the Account Managers and Account Directors
- Science degree - preferably in human biology, pharmaceuticals, pharmacy or healthcare
- Ambition with a willingness to learn from the ground up
- Organised, professional and an attention-to-detail that borders on the obsessive
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Constant enthusiasm and ability to remain calm at busy times, such as impending deadlines

**Salary & Benefits**
- Approximately £26’000 - £27’000 pa depending upon experience
- 26 days annual leave in addition to bank holidays
