**The Role**

The position of Treasury Controller with aid group wide decisions and activities in relation to treasury, banking and cash whilst also feeding into a number of international projects and process improvement iniatvies. This is a leadership position where you will be expected to managed a sizable team of highly performing and experienced individuals including recruitment, training and personal development to ensure everyone reaches their full potential.

The key components of the role include:

- Reporting to senior finance leadership and aiding strategic decision, direction and activities in relation to treasury, banking and cash
- Involvement in a number of high profile international projects and process improvement initiatives
- Lead a team of finance professionals with both indirect and direct management
- Reviewing and developing processes, procedures, controls & systems
- Liaising and business partnering with other key internal finance functions

To be considered for this opportunity., you must have the below experience:

- Qualified Accountant ideally, however qualified by experience will be considered with relevant practical experience
- Excellent treasury experience
- Strong people management experience
- Projects or process iniatvies exposure would be advantageous but not essential
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
