**Residential Support Workers Needed for Young People’s Homes - Join Our Compassionate Team**

**About the Role**:
We are recruiting for Residential Support Workers to join our team in providing exceptional care and support to young individuals in our homes located across Mosley, Yardley Wood, Kings Heath, and Oldbury. Our commitment is to create a nurturing and safe environment for the young people we support, helping them to achieve their potential and live fulfilling lives.
**Position: Residential Support Worker**
**Responsibilities**:
- Providing compassionate and comprehensive support to young individuals in residential homes.
- Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
- Engaging in activities that promote the young people's emotional, physical, and social well-being.
- Adhering to care plans and contributing to assessments and reviews.
- Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the young people at all times.
**Requirements**:
- A full UK driving license.
- Flexibility to work shifts and sleep-ins, including weekends.
- Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- A genuine passion for supporting young people.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
**Shift Patterns**:
- 8 AM till 11 PM
- 8 AM till 11 PM + sleep-in, finishing at 8:30 AM the following day.
- Extended shifts including sleep-ins with potential for additional night shifts as required.
**Compensation**:
- Competitive salary with additional £70 per sleep-in.
- Pay will be increasing to a minimum of £12.20 per hour in April.
