We are the largest provider of outsourced regulatory and business support services to the financial services market.

We’re recruiting for a proactive Customer Success Consultant to join our Adviser Services Team on a permanent basis. This is a full time role, which at SimplyBiz is 35 hours per week. We operate a hybrid working model providing a balance of home and office working.

As a Customer Success Consultant, you’ll use your exceptional customer support and relationship skills to promote additional services to the firms using one-or-more of our support packages. You’ll work with our Members to understand their goals and objectives, increase package adoption and usage, and identify solutions with the use of critical thinking skills. To be successful in this role you must be comfortable making outbound calls to existing clients and managing your own campaigns.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Managing and executing outbound calling campaigns, promoting additional services to our existing Member Firms
- Building and maintaining relationships with our Member Firms
- Working to activity and targets set by the Customer Success Manager
- Tracking and sharing campaign stats and KPIs to the Adviser Services management team
- Updating our CRM database, Dynamics 365
- Identifying and creating business opportunities for internal and external SimplyBiz teams

**What you need to succeed**:

- Previous experience working in a customer service, sales or account management role
- Confident and consultative communication skills, with the ability to research, engage, fact find and deliver solutions in an influencing and professional manner
- A go-getter and creative thinker
- A history of success building relationships with customers
- Be comfortable working towards retention and engagement goals
- Team player
- Ambitious learner who is flexible and adaptable in meeting the evolving needs of a high-growth, fast paced organisation

**Nice to haves**:

- Experience working in the financial services industry
