You will carry out regular checks of our properties, making sure they are maintained to a good standard, communal areas are clean and tidy, and that both health & safety and fire regulations are adhered to.

The role is also about ensuring residents’ tenancy and licence agreements are up-to-date and making sure they understand their own responsibilities.

- The ability to build constructive relationships
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to record information accurately
- A good understanding of Housing Management duties.

**Working pattern**: 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday with some flexibility required.

**Contract type**: Fixed term/Secondment Opportunity until 31st March 2026

**Estimated Interview date**: TBC
- Please note, salaries are pro-rata for part-time positions. _

We are Porchlight, Kent’s largest charity for homeless and vulnerable people. We’re here for people who have nowhere to go and no-one to turn to. Some are living on the streets, others need our support to prevent or resolve any issues that could put them at risk of homelessness.
