- Taking orders and preparing them as necessary
- Service of food, soft drinks, & alcoholic beverages
- Communicate with customers to resolve complaints or ensure satisfaction and refer them to management if necessary
- Process customer bills or payments accurately
- Enforce and adhere to all rules &/or regulations related to service
- Follow all opening/closing/cleaning duties as directed by management
- Maintain a good level of knowledge of the menus to enable guidance for customers
- Be proactive in promoting sales and maintaining customers
- Ensure working areas are always clean, tidy and organised - Maintain high levels of personal hygiene and wear uniform as provided and prescribed and always ensure it is kept clean and presentable

Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
