**Job Purpose & Company Initiatives**:
To provide an excellent support service to the Europe Business Unit Leadership and UK based MRO Division leadership

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Responsibility for coordinating Leadership team activities, diaries and travel
- Maintain standards of confidentiality in relation to all activities undertaken
- Providing legal, compliance, approval support in relation to DLA activities
- Work with HR deparment to support on boarding, communication activities, retention programs, employee recognition and other culture improvement actions
- Proactive support of the BU and Division general management team
- Provide any HR administrative support as needed with employee contracts, letters etc
- Provide office administrative support for the site you are based examples of which are: managing contractors / suppliers (office equipment, stationary, cleaners, fire alarms, utilities etc), meeting rooms, minute taking for site level meetings
- Working with Division Leadership in support of Corporate requirements and interactions

**Experience**:

- Proven track record of working at MD, Vice President level and above
- Experience of supporting multi site locations
- Previous experience in HR management topics
- Previous experience of working within the aerospace/defence sector
- Leading proactive communication and employee engagement practices
- Working effectively within a US corporate environment
- Experience and understanding of how to work within a commercial aerospace and military / defence environment (Eg ITAR, List X)
- Proficient experience in Microsoft Office Tools
- Experience of dealing with suppliers and service providers like office equipment, stationary etc
