To provide efficient and effective clerical/admin support to the various areas within the Tissue Viability Team
To provide support in co-ordinating the Tissue Viability training programme for PAHT.
To assist the Tissue Viability Team with non-clinical tasks to help facilitate improvement in patient wound care by working with clinical and non-clinical staff and product suppliers.
Assist with planning the agendas for training program
Liaise with training department and book facilities/rooms etc.
Liaise and book appropriate suppliers and speakers for training days
Prepare, print and collate programme paperwork and training equipment
Assist with creating teaching material on PowerPoint
Where necessary attend the off-site training to assist TVNs with co-ordination on the day (this will not include any clinical teaching)
Collate feedback from training
Liaise with external product suppliers to make appointments for ‘wound wagon’ product teaching in Trust and attend suppliers meetings where appropriate
Administration
Retrieving data, generating reports and creating graphs under direction of TVNs. Confirm photo and Datix completion, liaise with wards & patient safety & quality where appropriate
Liaise with procurement and wards regarding enquiries for wound care products and stock orders.
Update the formulary spreadsheet as directed by TVNs

Conduct non-clinical audits and collate data report as directed
Clerical duties within the Tissue Viability Service as required by the Tissue Viability Specialist Nurses to ensure the smooth running of the Department
