Core Duties/Responsibilities
- Working with colleagues as part of an Operational team, ensuring the resident CPC Shift Leader is kept up to date on progress and performance, with any issues immediately escalated.
- Ensuring that the various IT systems employed by CPC are operating correctly.
- Deal with electronic data where the register was not updated in the first pass.
- Monitor files both at EUI and on the EQ systems to ensure that they process at optimum speeds.
- Monitor for any data rejected by EUI and ensure that correcting entries are made such that EQ and EUI remain in balance.
- Liaise with various areas of EQ and EUI regarding the input and monitoring of data.
- Monitor the creation, despatch and processing of EQ’s reconciliation data each evening.
- Covering an extended day from 06:00 to 20:30 through one of three rotating shift patterns and some Bank Holidays.
