**Data Insights Analyst**

This is an exciting opportunity for a person with a passion for all things data to take the next step in their career and assist in growing a brand-new data insights function within an award-winning and fast-growing international organisation. Your rolewill involve working with key business stakeholders to predict trends and establish areas of opportunity for the business through the use of in-depth data analysis and associated tools.

A fortnightly one to one session will help track your progress, alongside tailored quarterlyobjectives which are reviewed with an appraisal and bonus attributed. Whilst this is certainly not for the faint-hearted, you will be given all the support you need by the senior leadership to make sure you have everything you need to succeed and thrive, allyou need is the drive

If spearheading the launch of a new business unit, being involved in establishing new business processes and taking a pivotal role in the selection and adoption of new data analysis technologies is your thing, this is the career path for you.

**What will you be doing?**
- You will use your logical thinking and investigative mindset to deal with complex business problems.
- You will use a large spectrum of analytics tools such as Excel and Power BI to present data from various business critical systems and generate insights that drive change.
- You will run the analytics process from beginning to end; defining problem statements, interrogating data, building analyses, creating simple & beautiful visualisations, writing insightful stories, and delivering to stakeholders.

**What we want from you**
- An analytical approach to problem solving
- Be an independent thinker who will contribute their own ideas to demonstrate potential business opportunities and be able to constructively challenge stakeholder requests
- Possess good communication skills and be able to engage with every level of an organisation
- You have demonstrable exposure to data extraction and manipulation using Excel and SQL
- Working knowledge in PowerBI is a bonus
- Experience of working with sales teams (recruitment would be ideal) is also a bonus
