** Job Advert - Full Time Office Administrator**

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Office Administrator who will provide support to all areas of the business, within our busy Landscape/Construction Company.

This role will offer an interesting and diverse work load providing essential support to the daily functioning of the business.

**Key Responsibilities**
- First point of contact for the company both on the phone & in person
- Liaising with suppliers
- Pricing and ordering materials
- Providing support to the Contract Manager
- Managing/ordering Staff Uniform & PPE
- General Admin Works
- Logistics

**What you’ll need**:

- Excellent administration and organisation skills
- Enthusiastic and highly motivated
- Strong communication
- IT confident, specifically using MS Word, Outlook & Excel
- Able to work alone and as part of team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to prioritise and work on own initiative

Hours - Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm (_(Flexibility around working hours can be discussed)_

Competitive rate of pay commensurate with experience.

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pitlochry, PH9 0NW: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
