**Delivery Driver - Basic Salary £23,000 - OTE £37,000 - Oxford**

Are you a Delivery Driver looking for a role with a difference? Are you keen to do 10 drops or less a day and actually spend time with your customers? We are currently working on a fantastic opportunity to recruit drivers who can deliver amazing productsto customers, actually spend time with them and show them how to use what they have actually bought

We can offer a great benefits package to our Delivery Drivers including:

- A 4-day working week
- A permanent contract for 40 hours per week
- Flexible shifts between 8am and 8pm
- You will use top of the range company owned vehicles
- All routes and locations for delivery drivers are arranged and organised for you
- Your vehicle is loaded already for you by your colleagues and warehouse teams
- You will receive a signing on bonus between £2500
- Monthly bonuses starting at £500 per month
- Full earning potential over £32,000
- Starting base salary of £23,000

What we want in our new Delivery Driver:

- Provide an outstanding level of service to customers
- Create an environment that delivers an excellent experience for customers
- Work alongside your team to grow your store through driving sales and delivering excellent customer service
- Use your retail or customer service skills to engage in a positive manner at all times
- Enjoy spending time with people, be positive, polite and enthusiastic
- Must be able to drive and have 6 points or less on your licence
- Able to drive a manual vehicle

As a Delivery Driver, you will start your day in the logistics hub, pick up your vehicle and then attend appointments with customers to give them the products the customer has ordered and deliver a perfect service you would get in a retail store You willbe working with customer to give them product demonstrations, talk about other products they could have and then allocating that to their account

The Delivery Driver position is a **permanent job**, has a very competitive basic salary of up to £21,000, a signing on Bonus, plus a guaranteed generous monthly bonus as well as other fantastic benefits - **you can earn over £32,000 easily** You also get every other weekend off and the opportunity to pick your shifts
