**Responsibilites for Senior Operations Manager**
- Responsible for project performance and reporting
- Lead a portfolio of projects within the electrical programme
- Successfully deliver the project to customer satisfaction and in accordance with my clientsstandards.
- Have an awareness of the issues and processes within the customer service areas.
- Lead a multi-disciplined team.

**Requirements for Senior Operations Manager**
- Experience of working on large civil engineering projects.
- Have sound knowledge of the construction/civil engineering industry.
- Already experienced as a Senior Operations or Project Manager
- You will be educated to degree or HNC/HND level in a relevant technical discipline ideally a mix of civils and electrical.
- Demonstrable experience with major contractors
- Ability to manage medium to large projects up to £100m
- Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams
