Construction Labourer

Mermaid Leisure Ltd are looking for driven and hard-working individuals to join our team. An opportunity to work for one of the leading pool installers in the South-East. We pride ourselves on creating beautiful, bespoke, and top-quality luxury concrete swimming pools.

You will be an essential part of our core building team, dedicated to getting stuck in, creating dream pools within required timeframes, and helping to assist our building team. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, enthusiastic, willing to learn and committed to delivering top quality workmanship in all aspects of the building process.

**Key Responsibilities**:
General Labouring

Hand Digging

Moving Materials

Mix Concrete and Other Mortars

Follow Instructions but be able to think for yourself

Hard Working

Digger and Dumper driving experience - tickets would be a bonus

A team player

Full Clean UK Driving Licence - essential

General building work as required.

Ensuring all members of the team are working together and as efficiently as possible.

Ensuring all health and safety standards are always upheld on site.

**Qualifications**:
Previous experience in construction labouring a bonus.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

A valid UK driver's license is essential.
