Southampton Law School is a global Law School, firmly rooted in the UK with a mission to respond to the greatest global challenges that humanity faces. We intend to strengthen our expertise in English Private Law, in particular Land Law, Equity and Trusts as well as Remedies in Contract and Tort, through the appointment of a Lecturer.
Research in the Law School currently clusters around a number of research centres including those for Property, People and Community Centre; Private and Commercial Law (PCL); Maritime Law (IML); Law; International Law and Globalisation; Global Constitutionalism, Law and Technology, the Stefan Cross Centre for Women, Equality and Law and the Centre for Justice Studies. Colleagues are also involved in individual and collaborative scholarship in numerous other fields, often interdisciplinary.
