Lettings Negotiator

Kings Estates are currently looking for a Lettings negotiator for a busy high street agent:
Key Responsibilities:
**Proactive and efficient management of new and current leads.**

**To qualify Tenants for properties.**

**To carry out viewings and market appraisals in a professional and efficient manner.**

**To Actively tout new business including canvassing**.

Ideally you will have some knowledge from the property industry but not essential.

We a looking for a hungry, highly motivated individual wanting to prove themselves in a target driven office. You must be approachable and friendly with a natural ability to match prospective tenants to suitable properties.

You must have a clean driving license and a clean, reliable car.

Trainee positions will be welcomed.

Working hours are 9am-6pm Monday to Friday, Saturdays are 10am-4pm, a day off in the week will be given if a Saturday is worked.

Applicants are required to work one 6 day week per month.

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
