**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Operate forklifts and Reach truck safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload goods from lorries, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Utilise the warehouse management system to track inventory levels and manage stock movements.
- Assist in shipping and receiving activities, including verifying incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Perform materials handling tasks, ensuring products are stored correctly in designated areas.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any maintenance needs.
- Carry out basic inventory management and order processing.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Engage in heavy lifting as required, ensuring proper techniques are used to prevent injury.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience operating forklifts and Reach trucks in a warehouse setting is preferred. (Reach Truck Licence required)
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of shipping and receiving processes.
- Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment repair is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks safely and efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Good communication skills to work effectively within a team environment.
