**Summary of Role**:Working as an Operations Support Administrator, you will have various responsibilities including updating the CRM system, raising purchase orders creation, documentation and sending all forms, liaising with internal managers to ensure compliant and correct service,
- You should have the ability to work on multiple tasks and be an excellent problem solver. Excellent MS Office and interpersonal skills should be possessed and demonstrated. You will be required to support the daily Wandsworth business operation with tasks as well of keeping track and order of sales figures, contracts, and other office management duties.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Develop and implement new administrative systems, such as record management, whilst updating and maintaining current online and paper filing systems.
- Ensure clear and accurate communication related to H&S, Events and H&R requests are displayed daily in staffroom
- Respond to customer to all customer complaints as per training within 48hrs and follow the appropriate escalation process to ensure effective & compliant customer service.
- Reply daily to all social media reviews, and follow the escalation process where required
- Support with the issuing Purchase Order Numbers as required to contractors and suppliers.
- Support the F&B management team to ensure that all F&B invoices are processed and stored correctly within appropriate systems.
- Provide note taker support for management meetings, fact finds, disciplinaries and grievance meetings.
- Provide a liaison link between the Wandsworth site and H&O, & external stakeholders for communication requests.
- To review and update all H/R reports to ensure that the HR reports are a correct and accurate reflection of the HR records for each respective month.
- To liaise with marketing to ensure internal advertisements is current and relevant
- Ensure effective office environment developing and maintain administration systems of all paperwork, ordering stationary when required and assisting with maintaining clean and tidy offices.
- Report to the General Manager for regular 121 meetings, as scheduled in order to ensure effective support and management.
- Support the management with ensuring data protection laws are being adhered to in relation to the storage of data, and review and update policies
- Adhere to any requests &/or instructions given by senior Management that are in the interest of the business operational needs.

**Person Specification**

**Qualifications & Training**

**Essential**
- GCSE Maths and English, Grade C or equivalent.

**Desirable**
- Relevant degree, HND or foundation degree within one of the following
- Business administration / business management
- o Computing and information technology
- Human resources
- Management
- Public administration

**Experiences**

**Essential**
- Demonstrable experience of strong minute taking skills & typing skills
- Demonstrable experience of delivering a high-quality administration service, including drafting letters, contracts and correspondence, with an excellent attention to detail.
- Demonstrable experience of delivering a high-quality customer service to both internal and external customers

**Desirable**
- Demonstrable experienced of project management.
- A familiarity with legislation in the areas of employment, equality and diversity, and data protection - this is useful, but not essential.
