Job Opportunity: High-Level Finishing Joiner / Multi-Trader

Location: Manchester / Stockport (Various Sites)

**Salary**: £15 - £20 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Own van & tools is essential

Pattison Property Group is expanding, and we’re looking for a skilled Finishing Joiner / Multi-Trader to join our growing team. We work on high-quality residential and commercial projects ranging from £30,000 to £300,000, and we’re proud of our reputation for excellence, reliability, and strong client relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll be involved in a wide range of joinery and finishing tasks, including but not limited to:

- 1st and 2nd fix joinery
- Hanging doors and fitting ironmongery
- Skirting, architraves, and detailed mouldings
- Kitchen fitting and cabinetry installation
- Boxing-in and stud wall construction
- Flooring (timber, laminate, engineered)
- Bespoke joinery and detailed finishing work
- Minor plasterboarding, patching, and snagging where required
- Dorma construction
- Roof builds

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience in high-end finishing joinery and multi-trade tasks
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on quality workmanship
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have own van and tools
- Willingness to work across the North West region
