**About the Role**
- You will be responsible for delivering continued sales & profit growth across your partnership accounts, executing strategy & building strength in relationships with each partner. _You will manage the selection of a market leading product range, using customer insights and feedback to maximise new product opportunities and range visibility, to create an unparalleled customer experience and maximise sales and profit to achieve KPI's. _You will be responsible and accountable for your brands P and L with a clear understanding/ownership of stock in trade, open to buy, aged and overstocks, territory participation, promotional funding, retro agreements and trading margin._

**_ Main Duties & Responsibilities_**

**_ Strategy Development:_**
- _Collaborate with the team to plan, build and execute a strategy for sustainable growth and development of the partnership account_
- _Conducts regular reviews of ranges within their brands_
- _Keeps up to date with industry/market trends and networking opportunities to help further build brand plans & relationships_

**_ Brand Planning:_**
- _Leading and developing brand relationships in line with company values to build a best in market joint business plan and achieve business benefits including market leading promotions, first to market launches, exclusives and investment into promotional & marketing support to maximise performance._
- _Works in close alignment with commercial marketing to ensure execution of all paid activations is successful and aligned with JBP_
- _Responsible for building, managing and delivering the category and brand budgets, providing a clear and structured rationale for how each budget is to be achieved given the agreed upon JBP and marketing exposure_
- _Works in close alignment with PR and events team to ensure collaboration with our brand partners_
- _Communicates key JBP activations by brand to site managers and marketing teams to ensure the successful execution of the JBP_
- _Works in close alignment with the site managers and marketing teams across the division to ensure brands are well represented on site & across channel_
- _Forms & nurtures strategic brand relationships building strength in relationships with key brand partners to leverage investment opportunities, terms discussions and their global networks._
- _Continuous monitoring and review of category performance to analyse sales patterns, advises teams and ensures appropriate action is taken to unforeseen sales reactions._
- _Arranges (6 months in advance) strategy meetings with brands, devising clear agendas, objectives and working cross functionally beforehand to gather relevant information to prepare a presentation that crafts a meaningful story for each brand meeting and enables a best in class JBP_
- _Monitors satisfaction with all brand partners to ensure best in class delivery_

**_ Reporting:_**
- _Takes responsibility for demand planning by brand alongside merch team to ensure every brand always has the stock needed to maximise budget performance_
- _Manages the selection of a market leading product range, using customer insights and feedback to maximise new product opportunities and range visibility, to create an unparalleled customer experience and maximise sales and profit to achieve KPI's_
- _Manages and accountable for their brand P and L with a clear understanding/ownership of stock in trade, open to buy, aged and overstocks, territory participation, promotional funding, retro agreem
