The private clientteam provides advice to a broad range of clients, including to wealthy individuals with business interests, investments, and multiple properties.
The role on offer would require you to pick up an existing caseload and be proficient in the following areas:

- Will drafting
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Estate administration both testate and intestate, below and above tax thresholds
- Drafting of other deeds such as Declarations of Trust, Deeds of Appointment
- IHT advice and planning
- The ability to scale up work, specifically to encourage work or see potential for further instructions beyond those presented
